SM Associates Systems, Inc. presents its MH200 AUER Boat Magazine
Handler. MH200-1 AUER Boat Unloader or MH200-0 AUER Boat Loader
provides flexible solution for AUER Boat magazines handling
process. Magazine count, Magazine size, Boat count and Boat
pitch are programmable using an LCD human interface which assures
fast conversion time. The featured Indexing (up, down, left,
right) Loading Table allows for recycling of magazines without
cycle interruption which increase UPH of the process. The PLC
driven System permits user customization of process flow and
task priorities. The communication interface offers three standard:
SMEMA, RS232 and Parallel I/O.

AUER Boat Handler with Conveyors
SM Associates Systems, Inc. presents its MH202 AUER Boat Magazine
Handler.MH202-1 AUER Boat Handler features dual Elevator and
dual process Conveyors which provide high UPH solution for boat
processing. The AUER boat is clamped at the end of the conveyor
prior to process initialization. At process end the AUER boat
returns to its initial slot in the magazine. Magazine size,
Boat count and Boat pitch are programmable using an LCD human
interface which assures fast conversion time The PLC driven
System permits user customization of process flow and task priorities.
The communication interface offers three standard: SMEMA, RS232
and Parallel I/O.
