JEDEC Tray FEEDER
SM Associates, Inc. presents its JEDEC Tray FEEDER.
TH505 JEDEC Tray Feeder provides a fast and accurate solution
for fully automatic handling and indexing of JEDEC trays from
stack to stack. The Tray Unstacker will singulate single tray
onto indexing fisrt carriage. This high rigid and guided carriage
will align, and then clamp-received tray before indexing and
presenting first row of the tray at the end of the handler.
When first row of the devices has been processed the carriage
will index tray to the next row. While full tray has been processed,
the first Carriage will bring the tray to the output stack.
The second carriage will be rady with the new tray and move
to the end of the feeder.
LTH72 SMT JEDEC TRAY FEEDER
SM Associates, Inc. presents its LANDSCAPE JEDEC TRAY FEEDER.
LTH72 can be used with SMT chip shutters , marking or testing
feeders. With less then 1.5 seconds tray changeover this feeder
will provide high UPH and accurate placement platform.
TH390
JEDEC Tray Handler
SM Associates, Inc. presents its JEDEC Tray Handler
(Tray Unstacker & Tray Stacker). TH390 JEDEC Tray Handler
provides a robust concept for fully automatic handling and transportation
of JEDEC trays from production processing to finished product
handling. The JEDEC Tray Unstacker will singulate single or
dual tray onto conveyor belt. This urethane-timing belt with
stainless steel cable and high friction Linatex surface (for
extra grab) provides accurate indexing of plastic or metal trays.
Unloaded trays will index into process area, against mechanical
stopper. At this position trays are aligned and can be processed
entirely or indexed by row while tray processing continues and
a new tray is released from unstacker. Finished trays will index
to Stacker area while a new tray is presented at process station.
Unstacking and stacking tray task does not affect processing
tray timing. TH390 JEDEC Tray Handler can be configured as Half
Stacker/Unstacker with open end.

TH460 JEDEC Tray
Handler
SM Associates, Inc. presents its JEDEC Tray Handler
(Tray Unstacker & Tray Stacker). TH460 JEDEC Tray Handler
provides a fast and accurate solution for fully automatic handling
and indexing of JEDEC trays from stack to stack. The Tray Unstacker
will singulate single tray onto indexing INPUT Carriage. This
high rigid and guided Carriage will align, and then clamp-received
tray before indexing and presenting first row of the tray at
the center of the handler. When first row of the devices has
been processed the carriage will index tray to the next row.
While the tray has been processed, the second Carriage will
clamp and index the next following tray. The INPUT Carriage
returns to unstacker and is ready to receive new tray. Finished
tray will index to stacker while new trays are presented at
process station. Unstacking and stacking tray task does not
affect processing tray timing. TH460 JEDEC Tray Handler is a
solution for the critical process requirement and provides high
accuracy and high UPH.

DT810
Tray to Tray or Tube Handler
SM Associates, Inc. presents its JEDEC Tray to Tray
or Tube transfer handler. The DT810 JEDEC Tray to Tray or
Tube Transfer System provides a fast and accurate solution
for fully automatic transferring of devices from one Jedec
tray to another Jedec tray or plastic Tube. The DT-810 completely
eliminates the need for any devices to be touched by hand.
If prtial or qual lots that need to be broken down into many
smaller lots to ship, then the DT-810 is right choice. It
is PC based with Windows XP for easy recipe setup or modification.
It can easily be networked for monitoring the status away
from the system. The DT-810 is servo motor driven for high
speed and accuracy. The software has easy to use menus including
how many devices to transfer as well as what cavity in the
tray to start from. When the programmed amont of devices is
completed, the trays unload to the front of the handler for
easy acces of unloading and loading a new tray.
